A Favorite RV Destination in WA State Park

Summer is here, and that means the most popular camping season has begun! Whether you are looking to take your new RV out for your first time, or you’re a seasoned RVer ready for something new, we’ve selected a fun RV destination that you’ll love.

Campfire

The Hoh Rainforest in the Olympic National Park is one of the world’s iconic forests. Known for its vibrant greens, curtains of moss, and dense, old-growth canopy, the Hoh is nearly half a day’s drive from Seattle.

If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is the campground for you. With all of nature surrounding you, get ready to hang around your site and enjoy the mossy view. You can also enjoy a walk along the Bogachiel River, and dip your toes in the cool water for a nice refreshing afternoon with a beautiful view.

If you’re not crazy about staying around your campsite for too long, the peninsula beaches are a 45 minute drive down the road. The beaches are filled with rock pillars and tide pools, depending on which you go to. You may want to do some research and look into which beach is the one you and your family would enjoy the most.

The campground itself provides picnic tables and if you’re wanting to grill something for your party and didn’t bring one yourself, the campground provides a large grill. This area also has a nearby restroom.

Enjoy the outdoors in this beautiful state park! If you’re looking for a campground that you haven’t been to yet, put this one at the top of your list!
