Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a small bowl.
2. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix until a soft batter.
3. Throw in the microwave for 90 seconds.
4. Let it cool for 1 minute.
5. Cut into a few slices (should make 3 slices)
6. Enjoy!
