Healthy Camping Recipe: 90 second Keto Bread!

It’s even harder when you have a lot of allergies in your family and are doing a diet such as the keto diet. This fast and easy camping recipe will be a life saver on those mornings when you don’t have enough energy to put a whole breakfast meal together!

 

Healthy Keto Bread

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a small bowl.

2. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix until a soft batter.

3. Throw in the microwave for 90 seconds.

4. Let it cool for 1 minute.

5. Cut into a few slices (should make 3 slices)

6. Enjoy!
